Steve Kenzie

Head of the UNGC Network Secretariat, UNGC-UK and?Programme Director, International Business Leaders Forum

Stephen joined the International Business Leaders Forum in May 2006 and has led or contributed to projects across a wide range of thematic issues including environmental sustainability, human rights, anti-corruption and inclusive business. Prior to joining IBLF, Stephen was the founder and Managing Director of a successful retail sports equipment business in Canada

He has managed the Secretariat of the UN Global Compact UK Network since 2008, providing support for UK-based endorsers of the UN?s corporate responsibility framework. During his tenure, the UK Network has come to be recognised as a model for Global Compact local networks because of its genuinely business led governance structures and innovative programmes.

Stephen has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia (1987) and an MSc in Business & Environment from Imperial College London (2005). He is a graduate of the Partnership Broker?s Accreditation Scheme and has extensive experience in cross-sector collaboration.

Jo Webb

Head of Stakeholder Relations, Sedex

Jo Webb is the Head of Stakeholder Relations at Sedex, responsible for driving positive two way communication with Sedex stakeholders to facilitate shared aims of driving improvements and convergence in responsible business practices.

Sedex stakeholders include members, auditors, NGO?s and civil society organisations such as the ILO, UN Global Compact, Institute for Business and Human Rights and Transparency International.

Jo has over 14 years management experience in FMCG and ethical supply chains. Prior to managing the Stakeholder Team, Jo project managed the Sedex roll out for?AIM-PROGRESS?member companies using the platform in support of the organisations aims of collaboration and best practice sharing.

Prior to joining Sedex , she worked for Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies including PepsiCo and Premier Foods, which has provided a strong foundation and insight into both commercial and sustainability challenges.

Jo specialises in ethical supply chain challenges and stakeholder engagement and sits on a number of related committees and working groups including the UN Global Compact Supply Chain Sustainability Advisory Group and the Business Principles for Countering Bribery Steering Committee.
